Yes. The tasting is our gift to you and an investment in obtaining your business!
How much should I order for my event?
When we start to plan your Fruit/Dessert/Chocolate fountain order, or a Wedding cake you will be presented with Dessert/Chocolate/Cake options and packages that are divided per item or per serving. This will make it easier for you to determine just how much to order!
Options include: Fruit arrangements, 3 Flavor Chocolate Fountain Package & Single Flavor.
For Cakes: Dummy layers &/or Edible cakes.
How much it cost per person/package?
It’s important to know the limitations of your budget versus your goals. Planning a budget will be helpful in keeping things organized. It’s also a great way to save time and money by doing research on what types of services you can get for your budget. This is very dependent on the event and the number of guests. Be prepared to spend between $.50 - $10 per person; at the higher end if it is for a wedding, Quantity discounts may apply.
What is the difference between corporate and special events catering?
Weddings, anniversaries and general parties fall into the category of special events, whereas corporate events include meetings, conventions and summits. Clients hosting special events will have more of an emotional connection to what we create for them.
What is included in wedding packages?
This is dependent on what package you purchase. A full service one means in addition to dessert preparation, we will handle everything helping your guests to cleaning up the mess.
Fruit Packages include delivery/Setup, dismantle, serving ware to Displayware, we carry all the table service accessories you need to create an impressive presentation.
Chocolate Fountain Package included: Chocolate, Delivery, Chocolate Fountain Set up/Dismantle, mini Plates, napkins, skewers, service with a hostess provided. We provide sturdy table for 3 Flavor Fountain.
Dessert table includes dessert table settings, serving ware to Displayware, we carry all the table service accessories you need to create an impressive presentation.
Should I tip? How much?
Many contracts will have gratuity written in. If that is not the case, yes, you should tip 15-20% of the total bill. If you prefer, you can also tip specifically to the dessert specialist and server(s) how you see fit.

The short answer is: because they know what they’re doing. We have experience. We know how to please your guests and can even suggest great venues for you to host your event at. When looking at your price estimate, keep in mind that we can save you money in the long run by providing invaluable advice and keeping everything together so that you don’t have to. How far in advance do I have to book wedding Cake/Chocolate Fountain or desserts?
The sooner is better. Many couples book as early as a year in advance! When you know who you want, do not hesitate to book them. Also try to reserve the date as we get booked quickly.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Yes, and any good caterer can. That is the beauty of catering—you meet with us and together we create the perfect dessert for your function or event!
